Buchler Phillips is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Charles Mack as a Senior Consultant to the firm.
Charles is a British-German lawyer and certified Turnaround and Insolvency practitioner with more than 25 years of experience, having acted as joint representative and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for numerous companies. He is also on several Boards of publicly listed companies, both in London and overseas. His latest appointment was as CRO and Managing Director of CWT’s (Carlsson Wagon Lits) DACH subsidiaries, and he is presently the Managing Director of several European entities belonging to the WeWork Group.
A past-President of INSOL Europe and currently Education Chair at TMA Europe, Charles holds a Masters degree in Philosophy, a PhD in Law and an honorary professorship. He continues to publish and lecture on matters of corporate restructuring, governance and insolvency reform.
